Orders & Shipping

Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days within the United States. International orders may take 8–16 business days depending on your location.

Q: How will I know when my order has shipped?
A: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system. You can also track your order anytime using our Track Your Order page.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $6.99.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We begin processing orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at orders@shopserenitystyles.com if you need to make changes. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make modifications or cancellations.


Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns on items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of your delivery date by emailing orders@shopserenitystyles.com. We are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind or sizing issues, so we encourage reviewing size guides carefully before purchasing. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 8–10 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, in which case we will cover the return shipping.

Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size chart before ordering, as sizing can vary by style and brand. When in doubt, size up for the most comfortable fit.

Q: Do you carry plus sizes?

At Serenity Styles, we curate clothing for women who want to look and feel their best without compromising on coverage. That means longer hemlines, higher necklines, fuller sleeves, and silhouettes that are elegant from every angle — pieces that work for real life, whether you are heading to work, attending a special occasion, or simply running errands in something that makes you feel good.

You may notice some pieces in our collection that are not modest on their own — a maxi dress with cami straps, a sleeveless top, or a flowy sundress with a low neckline. These are included intentionally. Paired with a cardigan, an undershirt, a long sleeve layering tee, or an open button-down, they become exactly the kind of effortless modest outfit our customers love.

Style and modesty belong together. That has always been our point.


Payments & Account

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Google Pay. We also accept Diners Club and JCB cards.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Absolutely. Our store runs on Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption to keep your payment and personal information completely secure.

Q: How do I reset my password?
A: Visit the Login page and click "Forgot password." We'll send you an email with instructions to reset it.
