At Serenity Styles, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their shopping experience. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below for important details:


Eligibility for Returns

We currently accept returns only for orders shipped within the United States, including U.S. territories. International orders are not eligible for return services at this time. However, for international customers who receive damaged or incorrect items, refunds or replacements may be offered upon meeting specific criteria.

  • Returns are accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind, sizing issues, or items that simply didn't meet expectations — we encourage reviewing size guides carefully before purchasing.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and returned in their clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact.
  • Return Window: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date as shown by tracking. Items must then be shipped back to us within 7 days of your return request submission.
  • Split Orders: For orders with multiple packages, the return window begins on the delivery date of the final package.

Ineligible Returns

Returns that fail to meet the above criteria may:

  • Be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Be declined entirely.

Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Beauty products
  • Bodysuits
  • Face masks
  • Intimates/Lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear

Shipping Fees & Return Costs

  • Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer support team at orders@shopserenitystyles.com within 7 days of delivery to begin the return process.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Once approved, you will receive instructions for mailing the item back to us.
  3. Packaging & Shipping: Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 8-10 business days from the day we receive the returned package.
  • Refund Amount: Refunds cover the cost of the item(s) returned, excluding shipping and handling charges.
  • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

International Customers (Outside the U.S.)

While returns are not accepted for orders shipped outside the U.S., we will provide refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Damaged Items: Contact customer support within 7 days of delivery with evidence (e.g., photos) of the damaged item.
  • Incorrect Items: Report any discrepancies to customer support within the same timeframe for resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately before shipment.
