Eligibility for Returns
We currently accept returns only for orders shipped within the United States, including U.S. territories. International orders are not eligible for return services at this time. However, for international customers who receive damaged or incorrect items, refunds or replacements may be offered upon meeting specific criteria.
- Returns are accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind, sizing issues, or items that simply didn't meet expectations ā we encourage reviewing size guides carefully before purchasing.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and returned in their clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact.
- Return Window: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date as shown by tracking. Items must then be shipped back to us within 7 days of your return request submission.
- Split Orders: For orders with multiple packages, the return window begins on the delivery date of the final package.
Ineligible Returns
Returns that fail to meet the above criteria may:
- Be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Be declined entirely.
